Through managing a global development team, you will drive the growth of the product, the business, and the company. Specifically, to strengthen our continuously growing global organization, you will use your management and development experience to: * _Grow the Organization:_ Recruit, evaluate, and develop engineers within a global development team spanning multiple locations. * _Strategic Planning:_ Plan and execute both continuous and non-continuous (disruptive) growth of the systems and organization to obtain market leadership. * _Stakeholder Management:_ Manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and make decisions to realize the product roadmap. * _Technical Leadership:_ Formulate technical roadmaps, select future-proof architectures, and promote/support technical initiatives. * _Problem Solving:_ Resolve organizational and product challenges by collaborating with Product Managers and heads of other divisions. * _Division-Level Strategy:_ Propose and drive growth strategies and solutions for the broader Division level, beyond just your immediate department. ## Expected Role and Career Path Initially, you will be appointed as a Deputy Department Manager overseeing an organization of approximately 10 members. You will build relationships with stakeholders while staying involved in the field to familiarize yourself with Department Manager-level operations. Subsequently, you will be assigned mission-critical organizational goals. We expect you to identify issues within people, organizations, or processes, and work with team leaders and PdMs to solve them using all available means. In the future, we look forward to you advancing your career toward Deputy Division Manager or Division Manager. ## Why This Position is Compelling * _Manage a Flagship Product:_ You will lead the development organization of Money Forward’s flagship product.
