## Background of Recruitment At Money Forward, we offer a variety of services related to finance, including "Money Forward Cloud," a cloud service for businesses that addresses various financial challenges, as well as banking services and other financial-related services. The CQO Office plays a crucial role in ensuring not only the minimum quality across many of the company's products but also in delivering valuable products to customers in a timely manner. As the use of AI in the quality domain is expected to grow, collaboration with development departments, exemplified by shift-left testing, is becoming increasingly urgent for quality assurance. We are seeking a manager who can lead the new era of quality assurance utilizing AI. While managers currently active in the QA department are certainly welcome, there are many opportunities for managers from development departments to thrive as well, so applications from individuals other than QA managers are encouraged. ## Main Responsibilities * Management of the CQO Office * Assistance to the CQO * Formulation of quality strategies for Money Forward as a whole * Development of recruitment and training strategies for QA/SDET ## Required Skills and Experience * Over 5 years of experience in development or management experience in a QA department (Development manager experience in SIer, etc., is acceptable in lieu of QA management experience) * Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge (such as the Basic Information Technology Engineer Examination) ## Preferred Skills and Experience * Experience in AI development or development using AI tools * As announced in Money Forward AI Vision 2025, Money Forward is working on business efficiency using AI and plans to introduce AI agents in all products in the future ## Language Requirements * Japanese: N2 or higher * English: Basic business level ## We are looking for individuals who: * Are positive about taking on challenges * Are interested in building a good organization * Can communicate with foreign engineers at various overseas locations ## Environment At Money Forward, we provide an environment where we can create services that are recognized globally, and we look forward to welcoming you. Provided PC specs: Latest CPU-equipped PC (MacOS or Windows) supplied. Custom PC orders and upgrades to the latest OS are possible according to business requirements. System for improving the development environment: Peripheral devices necessary for business (display, mouse, keyboard, etc.) can be purchased as equipment. Generally, you can choose from standard products (catalog), and if conditions are met, you can apply for non-standard products. Money Forward Library: A library system with free lending of books ranging from technical books to management books. Desired books can be purchased at company expense. Referral-driven: Coverage of recruitment meal expenses. Referral reward system. Conference participation support: Partial company coverage for participation in domestic and international conferences such as RubyKaigi and Google I/O.
