## Recruitment Background Under the mission of "Money Forward. Move your life forward," Money Forward aims to resolve the financial concerns and anxieties of individuals and businesses through the power of technology. We have partnered with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to establish a new company in preparation for the launch of a new digital bank. The evaluation system and employee benefits will follow the policies of Money Forward, Inc. ## About Us We are a startup team partnering with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to establish a new digital bank. Our top priority is to build embedded financial products from scratch to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). ## Main Responsibilities As a QA Manager, our goal is to shape the future of digital banking in Japan by developing products that are more user-friendly and easier to use than ever before. * QA organization management, including recruitment and development (members across multiple locations: Japan and Vietnam) * Formulation of test strategies (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, functional/non-functional requirements, including automation) * Collection, measurement, analysis, and consideration of defect data for continuous quality improvement * Standardization of development and testing processes ## Required Skills and Experience * Over 3 years of experience in QA management * Experience managing a team composed of 5 or more members * Experience in formulating and executing test strategies with a focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) * Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge * Possession of ISTQB or JSTQB Foundation Level certification, or equivalent knowledge; ISTQB Advanced Level is a plus * Interest and enthusiasm for communication in a global development environmentAs development is conducted in collaboration with overseas locations, there will be situations where English is used in business. \*A TOEIC score or similar is not required at the time of joining. ## Preferred Skills and Experience * Experience in AI development or using AI tools for development * As announced in Money Forward AI Vision 2025, we are working on improving operational efficiency using AI and plan to introduce AI agents in all products in the future ## Language Requirements * Japanese: Business level (N2 or above) * English: Business level ## Ideal Candidates * Those interested in new era QA strategies centered on shift-left approaches * Those who see close communication with foreign engineers at overseas locations as a challenge and want to take on global QA styles ## Environment At Money Forward, we provide an environment where we can create world-class services together, and we look forward to welcoming you. * Provided PC Specs: Latest CPU-equipped PC (MacOS or Windows). 年収 1000.8万円 〜 1500万円 月給制 ※所定・法定時間外および法定休日労働45時間分、深夜労働40時間分の固定手当を含む ＜給与例＞ 月額834,000円（年額10,008,000円）- 1,250,000（年額15,000,000）の場合、それぞれ月額240,687円 - 306,720円の固定手当を含む。
