DXの中核デジタル基盤をエンドツーエンドで構築するため、「シニアソフトウェアエンジニア（DX Team）」を募集しています。
本ポジションは、優先度に応じてバックエンドシステム、データワークフロー、クラウド/インフラ領域を横断して取り組めるエンジニア向けです。
エンジニアリング部⾨およびリーダーシップと直接連携し、ミッションシミュレーション、設計⾃動化、全社的な⽣産性向上を⽀える社内システムを実装していただきます。
具体的には、
・ミッション設計・解析・運⽤⽀援のための⾼度なマルチフィジックス⾶⾏シミュレーションおよびデジタルツインシステムの構築
・⾼速なパラメトリック設計⽣成、最適化、反復を実現する⾃動化システムの開発
・⾼度なFEM/CFD解析を 再現可能なエンジニアリングワークフローに統合する検証エンジンの構築
・複数プロジェクト横断で連携し、開発ワークフローおよび社内オペレーションのボトルネックを特定‧⾃動化
・DXが保有するシステムの信頼性‧セキュリティ‧可観測性の向上
・DX組織の 成⻑に 合わせたドキュメント整備、エンジニアリング標準の整備、チームスケーリングへの貢献

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer (DX Team)to help build our core digitalstack end-to-end.
This role is for an engineer who can move between backend systems, dataworkflows, and cloud/infrastructure tasks based on priority.
You will work directly with engineering and leadership to ship internal systems thatsupport mission simulation, design automation, and organization-wide productivity.
・Build advanced multiphysics flight simulation and digital twin systems formission design, analysis, and operations support.
・Develop automation systems for rapid parametric design generation,optimization, and iteration.
・Build verification engines that integrate advanced FEM and CFD simulationsinto repeatable engineering workflows.
・Collaborate across projects, identify and automate bottlenecks acrossengineering workflows and internal operations.
・Improve reliability, security, and observability of DX-owned systems.
・Support documentation, engineering standards, and team scaling as the DXorganization grows.

■必須の経験・スキル
・ソフトウェアエンジニアリングの基礎⼒（アーキテクチャ、テスト、デバッグ、保守性）
・Python/C++/Rust のいずれかでの実践的なバックエンド開発経験
・分析系/業務系システムにおける実践的なSQL・データモデリングスキル
・Linux環境での本番システム開発・運用経験（コンテナ、CI/CDワークフロー含む）
・スタートアップ環境での実行力（曖昧さへの耐性、迅速な意思決定、高いオーナーシップ）
・英語で技術ドキュメントの読解・作成・コミュニケーションができること
・現在日本に在住していること

■Required skills
・Strong software engineering fundamentals (architecture, testing, debugging,maintainability).
・Hands-on backend development experience in at least one of:Python, C++,Rust
・Practical SQL and data modeling skills for analytics and operational systems.
・Experience shipping production systems on Linux, with containers and CI/CDworkflows.
・Comfort in startup-style execution: ambiguity, fast decisions, and highownership.
・Ability to read, write and communicate technical documentation in English.
・Must currently reside in Japan.

■歓迎する経験・スキル
・科学技術計算（シミュレーション、最適化、数値計算）の実務経験
・クラウド基盤（AWS/GCP）およびInfrastructure as Code（Terraform）の知識・経験
・CAD/CAEの利用経験
・アジャイル開発手法の実務経験

■Preferred skills
・Experience with scientific simulation, optimization, numerical methods.
・Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure as code(Terraform).

・Experience with CAD/CAE.
・Experience in Agile methodology.
