The company operates globally with businesses in Japan and the United States, and is backed by leading investors such as SoftBank Vision Fund and Goldman Sachs, with over $130M raised. ■Mission and Challenges - Establish and scale LegalOn's first ever global hiring engine across Japan, US, UK and new global locations to be added in APAC / EMEA - Increase companywide talent competitiveness for both tech and go-to-market roles globally - Driving global mobility by strategically navigating complex legal and visa frameworks ■Work Responsibilities - Work with leadership to define hiring strategy and source candidates with a particular focus on AI, Dev and Sales resources. - Full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and time zones - - Source diverse talent pipelines via AI sourcing referrals events and agencies - Work together with hiring manager on providing candidates with the information required to select LegalOn, including support around decisions related to relocation for roles based in Japan - Leverage ATS workflows and dashboards to track funnel metrics - Lead employer branding campaigns to elevate global visibility - Train interviewers and mentor junior recruiters - Ensure compliance with labor laws and VISA qualifications in each country

必須スキル

- 5+ years tech industry recruiting including 2+ years multi-region scope - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc - Proven success filling hard-to-hire engineering and go-to-market roles - Strong stakeholder management and offer negotiation skils - Hands-on ATS administration and data-driven hiring analytics - Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools in professional workflows. - Japanese JLPT N3 level or equivalent - English business-level proficiency CEFR B2 or higher

- Experience scaling recruiting from Series B/C to global growth stage - Working knowledge of APAC and US labor laws visas and compensation frameworks - Track record in employer branding - Strong passion for legaltech SaaS or generative AI domains

6.5million to 11million yen per year Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and may exceed this range for exceptional candidates.
