JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a small, high-caliber team led by two co-founders with successful exits, supported by customer success, sales, and domain experts.
Our investor is Rice Capital (Representative: Taro Fukuyama), a Y Combinator alumni fund.
In this role, you will design and build complex distributed systems and develop AI agent pipelines using a technology stack we believe will define the next decade. You will work closely with the founding team to architect AI-native systems from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.
You will have significant ownership over technical decisions and operate in a fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact on the business.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
・Own product architecture and drive key technical decisions
・Contribute to the design and development of data infrastructure
・Design and enhance secure AI agent pipelines
・Build and improve systems for evaluating LLM outputs
・Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding team
必須スキル
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Hands-on experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
• Curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn from failure, and iterate

DESIRABLE CRITERIA
• Passion for building products from 0 to 1 in early-stage environments
• Experience designing and building agent-based systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with multithreaded and asynchronous programming
• Experience with Rust
• Proficiency in Japanese (written and/or spoken)
