We are currently preparing for its launch in Japan, with plans for further product expansion in the future. To drive this growth, we are hiring a Head of Japan Marketing. Please find the following R&R for this position. - Develop and execute US GtM staretgy - Manage product planning and development (e.g., defining product requirements for food manufacturers, reviewing samples, and providing feedback) - Plan and execute promotional and communication strategies in collaboration with advertising agencies (e.g., PR activities, social media management) - Analyze KPIs to optimize marketing performance - Conduct market research and evaluate effectiveness to collect, analyze, and utilize insights - Handle all operational tasks related to the above responsibilities

- Able to work professionally while maintaining a sense of enjoyment. - Goal-oriented, focusing on how to achieve the ideal outcome rather than just observing how things unfold. - A proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment.

- Experience in leading the development and execution of marketing strategies independently while working closely with the executive team Hands-on experience in B2C food business marketing in the US (not as a consultant or agency, but in an in-house role) - Experience managing multiple stakeholders - Proven ability to direct advertising agencies, production companies, and build relationships with media partners - Hands-on experience in marketing operations, including social media management, beyond just managerial responsibilities - Logical thinker with strong communication skills and a friendly approach (as media appearances may be required as the face of the product) - Experience in launching and expanding a brand or product from scratch (either in brand development at a large company or in marketing at a startup)
