【Recruitment Background】
Having delivered cutting-edge education mainly to adults, KIKAGAKU is now expanding its reach to children, cultivating globally minded, future-ready talent.
We are seeking Nursery Teachers for our International School, which follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
【Key Responsibilities】
Educate and care for children aged 2–5, including associated administrative tasks.
Develop and research best practices for IB-inspired education.
Liaise with parents and plan/manage school events.

待遇・労働環境
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
給与
【Compensation & Benefits】
Annual salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,320,000
Monthly salary: ¥250,000 – ¥360,000 (full-time)
Other benefits are provided separately.
Salary review: Once per year (based on performance and business conditions)

【Working Conditions】
Working Hours:
Full-time: 8 actual working hours per weekday, scheduled in shifts between 7:00 and 20:00.
Break: 1-hour break per day.
Weekend: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Event support may require working on a weekend several times a year, for which a compensatory day off will be granted.
Annual holidays: 120+ days.
Seasonal vacations: Golden Week, Summer, and Winter (each approx. 1 week).
Paid leave: 10 days in the first year in accordance with legal requirements

Welfare Benefits
The welfare benefits system provides non-taxable payment combined with the following month's salary by submitting monthly expense claims to the company for actual expenses incurred.
・Book Purchase Support System: Up to ¥10,000 monthly expense reimbursement (applicable from date of hire)
・Body Maintenance System: Up to ¥10,000 monthly expense reimbursement (applicable from date of hire)
・Training Support: IB training costs covered by company (up to ¥100,000 annual expense reimbursement. Consult separately if exceeded)
・Transportation Expenses: Full actual expenses covered by company (*)
