Centered around the school, we seek to create a new community where children, parents, the local community, and the wider world are meaningfully connected as we build the future together. 【Background of Recruitment】 KIKAGAKU has primarily delivered cutting-edge education to adults. Our next challenge is to extend this mission to children—cultivating the skills, mindset, and global perspective needed to succeed in the AI era. For this new international school, which follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, we are now seeking a Head of School Administration to support admissions and school operations. 【Key Responsibilities】 ーAdmissions & Enrollment Operations ・Handling inquiries and applications (managing and reviewing application documents, follow-up communication) ・Scheduling interviews, school tours, and meetings ・Managing payment and contract procedures after enrollment decisions ーParent Communication ・Responding to attendance-related inquiries ・Managing applications for extended childcare services Most communication is handled via an app; however, you will also respond to urgent matters or direct inquiries when necessary. ーCoordination with External Organizations ・Liaising with school bus service providers ・Coordinating with government offices and external educational institutions ・Communicating with media, local communities, and external partners ーStaff Labor Management ・Monitoring attendance and working conditions of staff members ーManagement of Supplies and Educational Materials ・Ordering and managing inventory of school supplies and equipment ーBasic Accounting Support ・Coordinating with the headquarters’ accounting team to confirm payment management 【Team Culture】 As we prepare for the launch of a new school, many team members proactively propose ideas and take initiative to move projects forward. The team shares a strong passion for education and works daily toward realizing an ideal educational vision. 【Selection Process】 Online interviews are the standard format. 必須要件

ESSENTIAL CRIETERIA

・Practical experience in school administration at a nursery school or preschool ・English proficiency at daily conversational level or above (English will be used when communicating with parents and teaching staff.) ・Japanese proficiency at business conversational level or above (Japanese will be used for internal communication and when communicating with parents and teaching staff.)

BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS

給与

・Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 3,360,000 – 5,160,000 ・Monthly Salary: JPY 280,000 – 430,000 (Full-time) Includes a housing allowance of JPY 30,000 Employee benefits and commuting expenses are provided separately ・Salary Review: Once a year (based on performance and company conditions) ・Employment Type: Fixed-term contract employee (One-year contract, renewable annually)

9 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break) ※Working hours fall between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Specific schedules are determined according to a shift schedule ※1-hour break included 【Holidays & Leave】 ・Complete 2-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) Occasional weekend work may be required for school events a few times per year; compensatory days off will be provided ・More than 120 holidays per year ・Golden Week, Summer Vacation, and Winter Vacation (approximately one week each) ・Paid leave: 10 days per year (additional days granted based on years of service)
