Background

We are strengthening our software development efforts to accelerate the practical application of quantum computing and optimization technologies. We are looking for engineers who have a solid understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and practical software development skills.

Responsibilities

As a Quantum Computing Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and optimizing quantum algorithms
• Developing software using quantum programming languages and SDKs such as Qiskit, CUDA-Q, and QURI-Parts
• Testing and debugging software on quantum computers
• Integrating classical software with quantum software
• Developing and improving quantum computing libraries
• Designing and implementing quantum software solutions based on client requirements

• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to approach complex problems creatively
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Attention to detail and efficiency, producing high-quality code

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Knowledge of quantum computing algorithms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Basic knowledge of type, compiler, abstract syntax tree, and tracing
• Experience with quantum programming SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Qulacs)

• Hands-on experience with quantum computing projects
• Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with cloud computing platforms
• Experience in software design
• Experience in software development with AI agents
