■Job Description: You will be responsible for the development of software such as simulators for rocket flight trajectory analysis and dynamic motion analysis. ■Specific Responsibilities (examples): ・Development of simulators for rocket flight trajectory analysis ・Development of various tools for Monte Carlo simulation ・Development of simulators for HILS (Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation) ・Maintenance of software test environments and preparation of documentation ■Mission of the System Group: The System Group is responsible for defining the functions and performance that a rocket must achieve to accomplish a launch mission, and for verifying that the designed and manufactured rocket as a whole meets those functional and performance requirements. The components that make up a liquid rocket system are extremely diverse, including engines, tanks, airframe structures, control mechanisms, avionics, and radio communication systems. These elements sometimes have conflicting requirements or complex design constraints. In addition, it is essential to meet the needs of satellite operators, who are our customers, and to comply with relevant regulations. The System Group oversees these matters from a broad perspective, working in collaboration with component designers to define vehicle specifications and verify functionality and performance so that the overall rocket system achieves optimal performance.

・Experience in software development using statically typed programming languages ・Experience in numerical computation or simulation using tools such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB ・Experience in collaborative software development using version control systems such as Git ・Basic knowledge of rocket systems, or a strong willingness to learn

・Experience in systems engineering or project management ・Ability to independently validate the physical plausibility of simulation results ・Proficiency in applying software design patterns ・Ability to create well-balanced designs in large-scale or complex projects

■Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 8,010,000 – JPY 10,030,000 ■Monthly Salary: JPY 668,000 – JPY 836,000 ■Breakdown of Monthly Salary: ・Base Salary: JPY 494,000 – JPY 619,000 ・Fixed Overtime Pay: JPY 174,000 – JPY 217,000 ■Additional Information: ・Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month; additional overtime will be compensated in full ・Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications ・Salary review: Twice a year (March and September)
