About Company: H2Corporation develops human-centric AI and software technologies to revolutionize the construction industry. In order to rapidly scale its business, the company raised 310 million yen in funding in August 2024 from Spiral Capital, JAFCO Group, Boost Capital, One Capital, and US-based MetaProp. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute testing activities across web and API platforms. - Design and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright . - Collaborate with software/AI developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Drive test planning, test case creation, and bug reporting for manual and automated testing efforts. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members. - Participate in process improvements and contribute to QA strategy.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality, AI technology, and continuous improvement, and who is ready to take ownership of the QA process in a dynamic environment.

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in software testing, with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. - Solid experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation tools. - Ability to work independently and manage QA processes efficiently. - Workable English communication skills (spoken and written). - Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Welcome skills: - Japanese language skills are a huge advantage. - Understanding of API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and Database testing (e.g., SQL) is a advantage. - Understanding or experiences of utilizing AI/machine learning is welcome - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins) is a plus.
