Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and travel preferences, and propose travel plans.
Travel Plan Creation: Create customized travel plans based on customer requirements.
Coordination: Arrange and book hotels, transportation, and tourist spots.
On-site Support: Provide assistance and support for customers during their travels.

Knowledge and Passion for Japan’s Culture and Attractions: Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for Japan's culture, history, and tourist destinations.
Customer Service Spirit: Enthusiastic about customer service with a keen attention to detail.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements.
Teamwork and Cooperation: Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and build good relationships with other staff members.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to respond to travel-related issues and customer needs.

Education: High school diploma or above.
Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in the travel industry.
Skills: Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English, basic Microsoft Office skills.

Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in the travel industry.
Certifications: Travel service manager certification.
Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean).
IT Skills: Experience with travel-related systems (e.g., reservation systems).
