【Overview】
ClaN is seeking a passionate and driven member to join our global VTuber project, IZIGENIA. You will be involved in launching new IP businesses and related initiatives, with a primary focus on the North American market. This role involves a wide range of hands-on tasks, from project planning and production management to coordinating with external partners in the project's early stages.

IZIGENIA is a VTuber project that aims to expand a Japan-born character IP into the global market. We prioritize connecting with our fanbase in North America, so you'll need to have a global perspective from the initial planning stages of our content and business strategies.

We welcome candidates with a strong ability to execute and drive projects forward across different countries and cultures.

《Specific Responsibilities》
・Research and analyze the VTuber market and related fields, with a focus on North America.
・Plan and promote initiatives related to social media, streaming, and events.
・Manage the production of streams and various creative content.
・Support the execution of business operations overseas (e.g., contracts, distribution, localization).
・Negotiate, coordinate, and promote collaborative initiatives with alliance partners.
・Support the planning and operation of new overseas businesses for our company.
・Research business practices and legal regulations in various regions and support the planning and execution of corresponding measures.

【Other Terms & Conditions】
・Remote work is possible (commuting to the office at least once a week is mandatory).

【What We Do】
Our company is an entertainment company that connects the virtual and real worlds, primarily focusing on VTubers. Our slogan is "Entertainment that changes lives." We were founded on April 1, 2022, as a spin-off of a major commercial TV station's VTuber business.

Leveraging the power of television and the internet, we primarily develop our Metaverse TV Show and Metaverse Live businesses, which create new entertainment centered on virtual content in the virtual space. We also have a VTuber Network business that supports the activities of VTubers.

By creating new entertainment, we aim to generate excitement worldwide and become a leading entertainment company of the Reiwa era.

《Creator Network Business》
We're expanding V-Clan, one of the world's largest VTuber networks with about 300 VTubers, and developing it as a YouTube MCN originating from a TV station. We use our unique strengths to support the activities of our creators.

《Metaverse Content Business》
We leverage the planning and production capabilities of the Nippon Television Group, along with our extensive experience in virtual content, to create terrestrial TV programs, streaming shows, and real-life events that utilize the metaverse.

《Metaverse Solution Business》
By combining our strengths in "creativity" and "media," we provide optimal promotional strategies for products and services. We do this through content creation using the metaverse and video tie-ups with VTubers.

《Requirements》
・Business-level English proficiency, with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
・Professional experience in the entertainment industry
・Practical experience in content planning and production coordination
・Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for business documentation and presentations

《Preferred》
・Experience in the global expansion of IP-driven businesses
・Experience working on international projects within the entertainment industry
・Experience in planning and producing events or digital content
・Hands-on experience in the influencer industry (e.g., MCNs, talent management companies)
・Proficiency in additional languages besides English (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Korean)
