【Overview】
ClaN is seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Manager to join our global VTuber project, IZIGENIA.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the long-term growth and success of our talents while helping them bring out their unique personalities and connect with fans around the world.

You will play a central role in creating content that captivates audiences by providing comprehensive support across multiple areas—talent management, social media operations, streaming support, and creative production coordination.

IZIGENIA is a Japan-born character IP project aimed at global expansion, with a strong focus on the North American market. As such, this position also involves collaborating with local partners and understanding cross-cultural dynamics. We welcome individuals who can leverage their language skills and global mindset to help drive the project forward.

《Specific Responsibilities》
・Manage talent schedules and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
・Support recording and appearance logistics, including on-site or remote attendance when needed
・Assist with social media and YouTube channel operations and contribute to growth strategies
・Provide content feedback and help shape overall creative direction
・Conduct research and analysis on the VTuber market, especially in North America
・Coordinate with external partners on merchandise and event-related initiatives
・Negotiate and collaborate with alliance partners (e.g., companies, media outlets, agencies)
・Support the execution of overseas business operations
・Research regional business practices and regulations; contribute to compliance planning
・Assist in planning and executing other global business ventures for the company

Our company is an entertainment company that connects the virtual and real worlds, primarily focusing on VTubers. Our slogan is "Entertainment that changes lives." We were founded on April 1, 2022, as a spin-off of a major commercial TV station's VTuber business.

We leverage the power of television and the internet to create new entertainment, focusing on virtual content. We have three main business areas:

Content Creative Business: We create new entertainment through virtual content.
Creator Network Business: We support the activities of VTubers.
VTuber Marketing Business: We plan and execute promotional strategies using our influencer network.

We're expanding V-Clan, one of the world's largest VTuber networks with over 300 VTubers, and developing it as a YouTube MCN originating from a TV station. We leverage our unique strengths to support the activities of our creators.

《Content Creative Business》
We use the planning and production capabilities of the Nippon Television Group, along with our extensive experience in virtual content, to create terrestrial TV programs, streaming shows, and real-life events that utilize the metaverse.

《VTuber Marketing Business》
By combining our strengths in "creativity" and "media," we provide optimal promotional strategies for products and services. We do this through content creation using the metaverse and video tie-ups with VTubers.

《Requirements》
・Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
・Experience studying abroad or being raised in a multicultural environment (returnee)
・A global mindset and strong understanding of diverse cultures
・Knowledge of and interest in influencer culture (e.g., VTubers, YouTubers, TikTokers)
・Ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
・Proficiency in business tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
・Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
・A sincere and passionate commitment to supporting each talent’s growth and success

《Preferred》
・Hands-on experience as a talent manager for influencers or content creators
・Professional background in the entertainment industry, particularly in IP or content planning and management
・Experience contributing to the global expansion of IP-driven businesses
・Experience in producing or directing entertainment content
・Work experience at influencer-related companies or within influencer networks (e.g., MCNs)
・Practical experience in entertainment business development for international markets
・Experience in merchandising for character or IP-based businesses
