【About the Job】 GeeXPlus, Inc is a full-service influencer marketing agency representing some of the top English-Speaking influencers. As a member of the Talent Management & Sales Execution Team at GeexPlus, your main responsibilities will include managing talent, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. 【Responsibilities】 ・Managing, supporting, and nurturing talent ・Negotiating on behalf of talent on brand deals ・Planning and executing campaigns ・Collaborating with other departments and managing projects ・Analyzing market trends and strategizing ・Preparing reports and presentations as needed
必須スキル
・Minimum 2 Years of corporate work experience ・Deep understanding of internet culture & social media platforms ・Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience ・Native English (Japanese not required, but a plus) ・Strong communication skills & Adaptability ・Already an existing resident in Japan with available VISA to work ・Stable work environment at home with proper internet connection
