【職務内容】

小型軽量海中ロボット（AUV/UUV）のオペレーションを支える、状態監視・ミッション設定・指令/管制・ログ解析等のWebアプリケーション開発において、UI/UX設計からAPI・クラウド基盤・CI/CDまでを一貫して設計・統括していただきます。商用機に求められる「誰でも直感的かつ安全に扱える操作体験」と、アプリケーション全体の品質・信頼性を担保する役割を担っていただきます。UI/UXデザイナーやロボット／制御エンジニアと連携し、「ロボットと人間の接点」を技術とデザインの両面から一緒に考え、製品レベルのwebアプリ開発を主導していただきます。

Description

You will take full ownership of the web application that supports the operation of our compact and lightweight AUV — covering status monitoring, mission configuration, and log analysis — leading its design end-to-end across UI/UX, API, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD. You will be responsible for delivering the "intuitive and safe operating experience for anyone" that a commercial product demands, while ensuring the quality and reliability of the application as a whole. Working closely with UI/UX designers and robotics/control engineers, you will lead the effort to shape the "interface between robot and human" from both a technical and design perspective.

• Webアプリケーション（フロントエンド/バックエンド）の商用開発経験（3年以上）
  React / Next.js 等を用いたモダンなフロントエンド／バックエンドの実装能力。

• フルスタックでの開発・品質担保の経験
  API設計、クラウド（AWS等）へのデプロイ、CI/CD（GitHub Actions）構築まで一貫して手がけた経験。

• リアルタイムシステムのモニタリング・可視化経験
  IoTデバイスやロボット等、リアルタイムに変化する動的データの可視化設計・実装経験。

• ロボットシステム（ROS2等）への理解
  ROS2を用いた開発や、位置推定・制御アルゴリズム（SLAM、EKF等）等に関する知見。

• 3+ years of professional development experience with web applications (frontend/backend)
  Ability to implement modern frontend/backend using React, Next.js, and similar technologies.

• Experience in full-stack development and quality assurance
  Experience handling everything end-to-end, from API design to cloud deployment (AWS, etc.) and building CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

• Experience monitoring and visualizing real-time systems
  Experience designing and implementing visualizations for dynamic, real-time data from sources such as IoT devices and robots.

• Understanding of robotic systems (ROS2, etc.)
  Knowledge of ROS2-based development, and localization/control algorithms such as SLAM and EKF.

  WebRTCによる映像ストリーミングや、MQTT/WebSocket等を用いた双方向通信の知見。

• 3Dデータの視覚化
  Three.js / WebGL等を用いた、機体姿勢や3Dマップ（点群データ等）の描画経験。

• ROS2を用いたロボット開発の経験
  Three.js / WebGL等を用いた、機体姿勢や3Dマップ（点群データ等）の描画経験。

• ロボット競技会等への出場経験
  ロボコン等、各種ロボット競技会への出場・開発経験。

• アプリケーションの自動アップデート（OTA配信）機構の実装
  デスクトップ／Webアプリの自動更新や、GUIから機体へアップデートを配信する機構の設計・実装経験（差分更新・ロールバック・バージョン管理の知見）。

• 帯域制約下での大容量データ転送・運用フロー設計
  海上における直接無線通信機器を介した低帯域環境やUSB回収を前提に、ソフトウェア更新とログ回収を統合し、現場オペレーターの負荷を抑える運用フロー／UIの設計経験。

  Ability to design highly visible, error-resistant interfaces based on interviews with end users in the field.

• Experience in native/desktop application development
  Knowledge of building GUI applications that fully leverage OS performance.

• Experience implementing low-latency real-time communication
  Knowledge of video streaming using WebRTC, and bidirectional communication using MQTT/WebSocket, etc.

• 3D data visualization
  Experience rendering vehicle attitude and 3D maps (such as point cloud data) using Three.js/WebGL, etc.

• Experience in robot development using ROS2

• Experience participating in robotics competitions
  Experience participating in and developing for robotics competitions such as Robocon.

• Implementation of automatic application update mechanisms (OTA distribution)
  Experience designing and implementing mechanisms for automatically updating desktop/web applications, and for distributing updates from the GUI to the vehicle (knowledge of differential updates, rollback, and version management).

• Designing large-volume data transfer and operational workflows under bandwidth constraints
  Experience designing operational workflows/UIs that integrate software updates and log retrieval while minimizing burden on field operators, built for low-bandwidth conditions over direct wireless communication devices at sea, or for USB-based retrieval.
