【職務内容】
世界で通用する商用機のAUV（自律型水中ドローン）へと進化させるため、ユーザーインターフェース開発の中核を担っていただくポジションです。優れた機体性能だけではなく、誰でも直感的かつ安全に扱える操作体験を実現することが、商用化における重要ファクターです。

具体的には、小型軽量AUVのオペレーションを支える、状態監視・ミッション設定・ログ解析などのWebアプリケーション開発を担当していただきます。現在はブラウザベースのUIが中心ですが、将来的にはR&D向けの高度な制御や解析を支えるデスクトップアプリケーション開発を視野に入れています。

ロボット（ROS2）側から送られるリアルタイムなセンサー情報、水中映像、航行ログを、遅延なく、かつ船上・屋外など過酷な現場でも使いやすい形へ落とし込むことがミッションです。ロボットエンジニア・制御エンジニア・UIUXデザイナーと連携しながら、「ロボットと人間の接点」を構築していただきます。

Description

This position is responsible for leading UI development for our commercial AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle). In addition to high-performance hardware, intuitive and safe operability is essential for commercialization.
You will develop web applications for operating our compact AUV, including system monitoring, mission setup, and log analysis. While the current focus is browser-based UI, future development may also include desktop applications for advanced control and analysis.
Your mission is to visualize real-time sensor data, underwater video, and navigation logs from the robot (ROS2) system in a low-latency and user-friendly way, even in challenging environments such as vessels and outdoor sites. You will work closely with robotics engineers, control engineers, and UI/UX designers to create the interface between robots and people.

  　Someone who can think deeply about true usability from the user’s perspective and proactively work to maximize overall product value in collaboration with UI/UX designers and robotics engineers.

• ロボティクス、ドローン、モビリティへの情熱がある方
  　Someone who is passionate about robotics, drones, and mobility.

• Webアプリケーション（フロントエンド/バックエンド）の商用開発経験（3年以上）
  　React / Next.js 等を用いたモダンなフロントエンド実装能力。
  　3+ years of commercial development experience in web applications (frontend/backend). Strong capability in modern frontend development using React, Next.js, etc.

• リアルタイムシステムのモニタリング・可視化経験
  　IoTデバイスやロボット等、リアルタイムに変化する動的データの可視化設計・実装経験。
  　Experience in monitoring and visualization of real-time systems. Experience designing and implementing visualizations for dynamic data that changes in real time, such as IoT devices and robots.

• スモールスタートでのフルスタック開発能力
  　UIの実装だけでなく、API設計やクラウド（AWS等）へのデプロイ、CI/CD環境（GitHub Actions）の構築まで一貫して手がけた経験。
  　Full-stack development capability in small-start environments. Experience handling end-to-end development, including UI implementation, API design, cloud deployment (AWS, etc.), and CI/CD environment setup (GitHub Actions).

• ユーザー視点でのUX設計・デザイン経験
  　現場ユーザーへのヒアリングに基づいた、視認性が高くミスの少ないUI設計能力。
  　Experience in UX design from a user-centered perspective. Ability to design highly visible and error-resistant interfaces based on interviews with end users in the field.

• ネイティブ/デスクトップアプリケーションの開発経験
  　OSの性能を引き出すGUIアプリケーション開発の知見。
  　Experience in native/desktop application development. Knowledge of building GUI applications that fully leverage OS performance.

• 低遅延リアルタイム通信の実装経験
  　WebRTCによる映像ストリーミングや、MQTT/WebSocket等を用いた双方向通信の知見。
  　Experience in implementing low-latency real-time communication. Knowledge of video streaming using WebRTC and bidirectional communication using MQTT/WebSocket, etc.

• 3Dデータの視覚化
  　Three.js / WebGL等を用いた、機体姿勢や3Dマップ（点群データ等）の描画経験。
  　Experience in 3D data visualization. Experience rendering aircraft posture and 3D maps (such as point cloud data) using Three.js / WebGL, etc.

• ロボットシステム（ROS2等）への理解
  　具体的な実装経験は問わないが、ロボットエンジニア側と疎通し、I/O設計をすり合わせるための基礎知識。
  　Understanding of robotic systems (ROS2, etc.). Practical implementation experience is not required, but basic knowledge to communicate effectively with robotics engineers and align on I/O design is expected.
