With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages ​​​​across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Client Solutions/Operations Manager to lead and manage our night-shift delivery team. This role is ideal for professionals who have previously worked in multinational customer support environments, global service operations, or BPO organizations and are familiar with managing cross-time-zone operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and service quality during night-shift operations while coordinating closely with global stakeholders.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the Night Shift operations team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational performance.
  • Supervise team leads and associates, providing coaching, performance management, and development support.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, quality, response time, and service levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with global teams across different time zones to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
  • Implement operational processes, SOPs, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of night-shift team members
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues during night hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–7+ years of experience in customer support operations, service delivery, or BPO environments.
  • At least 2+ years of people management experience (team lead/supervisor/manager level).
  • Experience working in multinational companies or global service environments.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a night-shift environment on a long-term basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing night-shift or cross-time-zone teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance metrics and improve operational KPIs.
  • Experience scaling or building teams is a plus.

WORKING HOURS

Working hours: 3 PM-0 AM, Monday to Friday (GMT+7).
