INDUSTRY OVERVIEW

The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Frontend Engineer at Arches, you will combine design sensibility with technical excellence to build elegant, high-performance user interfaces. You'll work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to bring intuitive digital experiences to life across web and mobile screens.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine visual and interaction design elements, bridging design and implementation.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure robust client-side functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Build reusable frontend components and libraries for future use.
• Validate and sanitize user input attributes before sending data to backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Having 3+ years of experience with ReactJs .
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript/Typescript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with application state management using libraries such as Zustand and TanStack (React Query, TanStack Table, TanStack Router, etc.).
• Proficient in cross-platform front-end design and tools for web and mobile (mobile-friendly web).
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS/LESS.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and effective workarounds.
• Experience with code versioning tools, especially Git.
• You will be working with cutting-edge technologies, so a good understanding of the following software components/architecture is required.
