INDUSTRY OVERVIEW

The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages ​​​​​​​​​​across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Operations Intern (Expert Matching Team), you will support both recruitment and client-facing tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in expert sourcing, client interaction, and localized recruitment, working closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination with expert partners and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with expert referral partners to support client needs.
• Proactively engage with clients by tracking usage reports, updating revenue data, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress, coordinating expert sourcing activities, and ensuring timely execution.
• Assist in business development by identifying potential client leads and customizing introduction decks.
• Post interview offers on local job platforms and monitor responses.

REQUIREMENTS

Background

• Final-year students and recent graduates who can intern full-time for at least 6 months.
• Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and written) - Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.
• Additional language skills are a plus!
