ROLE OVERVIEW

Are you a passionate startup enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As an Client Solutions Associate Manager at Arches, you'll bridge clients globally with APAC's leading experts, delivering strategic insights that fuel impactful decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery & Expert Recruiting

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while aligning outcomes with client and business objectives.
• Expert Identification & Recruiting: Translate client needs into precise expert profiles and source, screen, and onboard suitable experts through multiple channels.
• Workflow & Stakeholder Management: Oversee daily team workflows, coordinate client–expert interactions, manage scheduling, and provide ongoing guidance to drive performance excellence.

Compliance & Collaboration

• Ensure all client compliance protocols are met while collaborating across time zones to guarantee smooth handoffs.

Team Management and Corporate tasks

• Embrace a role where leadership meets action, motivate and guide teams with clear direction and feedback, helping them grow, work well together, and achieve goals.
• Actively engaging in building a positive working environment, promoting company values ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​and culture, and supporting company growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in consulting, market research, or recruitment services.
• Proven track record of leading and growing teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and strong professional communication skills.
• Strong experience managing client relationships alongside complex, multi-stakeholder communication and end-to-end project execution
• KPI-driven and ownership mindset, with high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrates flexibility in working hours to support client and project requirements.
• Prior exposure to international clients in the consulting or financial services sectors.
• Proficiency in an additional language (a plus, but not required).

Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - with full relocation support for expats (flights, accommodations, visa, and work permit).
