We are dedicated to building Arches into a trusted, global knowledge platform that drives visibility, credibility, and engagement across Asia-Pacific and the Americas. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work in a diverse team of 12+ nationalities, collaborating across business development, HR, and operations to shape how the world sees Arches. ### _Get to Know the Role_ As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll assist with key initiatives across campaigns, PR, SEO, and social media. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, contribute creative ideas, and help strengthen Arches' global presence and community. You will report to the Marketing Manager and be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office. ### _The Critical Tasks You Will Perform_ * _Campaign Assist:_ Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns (social, email, web, SEO) to attract experts, engage clients, and grow our community. * _Public Relations:_ Draft press releases, research media opportunities, and coordinate outreach to increase Arches' visibility (eg, new office launches, regional expansions). * _SEO & Content:_ Conduct keyword research, propose content improvements, and update website pages to boost search rankings in new markets. * _Social Media:_ Manage day-to-day posting schedules, design simple creatives, and engage with our online community while supporting employee branding initiatives. * _Analytics:_ Track and report campaign performance, analyze data, and share insights with the team to continuously improve. ### _QUALIFICATION_ _Must-have Requirements_ * Strong English writing and communication skills. * Ability to think critically and translate ideas into clear execution. * High sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects. * Growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with digital marketing tools (eg, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEMrush, ChatGPT) is a plus. _Other Requirements_ * Previous internship or demonstrable experience in SEO, PR, social media, or digital marketing preferred. * Ability to commit full-time (40 hours/week). * Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills across departments. ### PERKS AND BENEFITS We care deeply about the growth and well-being of our interns.
