Learn more about us: [Arches on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/arches-expert-network-service/) ## The Role We are seeking a dynamic _Sales & Partnerships Manager_ to lead our US market expansion by building relationships with top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms. This is a role for a results-driven professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and driving revenue growth. As our Sales & Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding leading US consulting and PE firms, including frequent in-person client interactions in the US, while leveraging our track record & network in Asia. ## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES _Business Development & Sales_ * Identify and target top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms across the US market. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision senior decision-makers. * Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. _Relationship Management_ * Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key clients. * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. * Understand client needs deeply and position Arches' expert network solutions effectively. * Represent Arches at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. * Build trust and credibility within the consulting and PE ecosystem. _Market Intelligence & Strategy_ * Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in the expert network industry. * Provide insights and feedback to product and operations teams. * Contribute to pricing strategies and service offerings. * Support marketing efforts with client testimonials and case studies. ## QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS _Must-Have Qualifications_ * _Language:_ Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) - Spanish is a plus, but not required. * _Travel:_ Comfortable with frequent travel to the US (30-40% of time). * _Experience:_ Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets. * _Visa:_ Ability to obtain a U.S. business visa for frequent travel. _Preferred Experience (Big Plus)_ * _Industry Experience:_ Expert network services background. * _Client Network:_ Existing relationships with consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC..) or private equity firms. * _US Market:_ Previous experience selling to US clients or working in US markets. * _Related Industries:_ Background in executive search/headhunting, professional services sales, or SaaS sales. _Target Candidate Profiles_ We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds including: * _Colombian professionals_ with US market experience and fluent English. * _Colombian expatriates_ working in the US interested in returning to Colombia. * _International professionals_ in the US open to relocating to Colombia. * _Foreign nationals_ currently in Colombia with relevant industry networks. _Personal Attributes_ * _Outgoing personality_ with exceptional interpersonal skills. * _Critical thinking_ abilities to understand complex client needs. * _Entrepreneurial mindset_ suitable for startup environment. * _Cultural adaptability_ to work with diverse international teams and clients. * _Results-oriented_ with strong drive for achievement. * _Professional presence_ capable of engaging senior executives. ## What We Offer * _Competitive base salary_ \+ performance-based commission structure. * _International exposure_ working with global teams across Asia-Pacific. * _Growth opportunity_ in a fast-scaling startup environment. * _Professional development_ and training opportunities. * _Flexible work environment_ with entrepreneurial culture. * _Visa support_ for international candidates where applicable. ## Industry Context The _Expert Network Services (ENS)_ industry connects clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from industry experts.
