With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche. ## GET TO KNOW THE ROLE As a _Client Service Associate (Expert Matching Team)_ , you will be the bridge between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You’ll manage multiple projects from investors and business leaders from top-tier organizations seeking expert insights from around the world. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO Every project begins with a question: “Who can help us understand this market better?” Your role is to find the answer and connect the right people. You will: * _Source and connect experts:_ Use platforms like LinkedIn, internal databases, and local networks to search for the best professional expert candidates for each client project. * _Engage and screen experts:_ Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to invite them to consult. Assess their fit and help them understand the value of sharing their insights. * _Support client projects:_ Coordinate expert interviews, ensure smooth communication, and deliver fast, accurate results that help clients move forward with confidence. * _Collaborate and grow:_ Work closely with teammates, share ideas, and continuously refine your approach through feedback and mentorship. ## WHAT ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU WILL NEED * _This role is specialized for Japanese natives only_ . * Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of professional experience in recruiting, business, client service, or reLated fields (we welcome undergraduates, too). * Additional language skills are a plus. _Working Location_ * _Fully based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam_ , with relocation support covering visa, flights, and accommodations. ## COMPENSATION & BENEFITS We believe in rewarding growth and potential, not just experience.
