JOB DESCRIPTION
Aeterlink is a Japan-based technology company specializing in wireless power transfer (WPT) solutions and IoT system integration. The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide. In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations. Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN. About the Role: We are seeking a Project Management Assistant to support the implementation of our flagship product, AirPlug. Based on information handed over from the sales team, you will work closely with Senior Project Managers and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution. In this role, you will handle scheduling support, documentation, order and inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the successful delivery of the product. Key Responsibilities: ・Prepare and manage documents related to orders, deliveries, and inventory (quotations, purchase orders, invoices, etc.) ・Support purchasing of project equipment and services, including communication with external vendors and partners via email and other channels ・Manage and update inventory records of project-related equipment, track stock levels, and coordinate shipments or replenishment as needed ・Maintain and organize project files and records (contracts, meeting minutes, technical documents) in shared folders and tools ・Handle basic data entry and updates for project lists, schedules, and simple trackers ・Assist with filing, document organization, and internal approval processes related to orders and purchases ・Respond to administrative requests and ad-hoc tasks from the Managing Director (MD) and Senior Project Managers (e.g., meeting setup, collecting information, simple follow-ups) The business is expected to expand not only within Thailand but also across neighboring ASEAN countries. This role offers the opportunity to become the founding member of the project management team in Thailand and play a central role in supporting business growth and organizational expansion. In the future, the Thailand office is expected to serve as a regional hub, taking on group-level project management responsibilities across Thailand and the broader ASEAN region.

ESSENTIAL CRIETERIA
Required experience & skill: ・Basic experience in supporting projects or operations (including internships or part-time roles) ・Interest in IT, networks, or IoT-related projects, and willingness to learn ・Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders ・Ability to manage schedules, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items ・Basic proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace ・JLPT Level N2 or higher

Preferred experience & skill: ・Experience working as a project member in IT, network, or IoT-related projects ・Experience in preparing documents such as reports, proposals, or meeting materials ・Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Backlog, Trello, Asana) ・Experience in continuously improving day-to-day workflows or team operations ・Native or business-level Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written), especially for internal/external coordination and documentation ・Experience in startups or business launch phases, even in a support role
