Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tech lead Engineer to lead our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our travel booking platform, "skyticket". You will work closely with other engineers to design, implement, and test new features, while also ensuring the stability and performance of our existing systems. - 給与
salary: 5-8 million yen Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our company's regulations. The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for overtime work in excess of 40 hours. Monthly salary: 400,000 yen - 600,000 yen (Base salary of 306,000yen - 459,000yen - including fixed overtime of 94,000yen - 141,000yen or more per month) Salary revision: Once a year *There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly evaluated.
