We’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and creating innovative solutions for the future of transportation. ◆Job Description: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for: -Designing and managing project objectives and progress -Building strategies to improve the accuracy of autonomous driving AI models -Formulating guidelines for creating training data and identifying and solving issues -Developing recognition and prediction models (occupancy, object recognition, map & lane, traffic signs, etc.) -Generating routes (planning, navigation integration, etc.) -Evaluating through real data, simulators, and real vehicle assessments -Other machine learning tasks necessary for product development ◆Background for Hiring this position: The development and societal implementation of autonomous driving AI and software are advancing rapidly in many companies, including Tesla's FSD v12, Wayve, and Waymo. The purpose of hiring for this position is to acquire cutting-edge knowledge in autonomous driving technology and development, and to expedite the realization of fully autonomous driving in Japan. ◆Support for Your Work Environment: We provide support for your transition to Japan, including work visas, airfare to Japan, a sign-on bonus, and temporary furnished accommodation for the first month. ◆Required Skills -Alignment with Turing’s mission -Deep knowledge of the autonomous driving field in the US and China -Practical experience in training machine learning models for image processing or natural language processing -Proficiency in Python, C++, and fundamental programming skills -Knowledge and experience in team development and software development -Experience in software development for actual products, services, or products -Experience in writing necessary development documents, such as design planning, specifications, evaluation reports, and interface specifications

◆Preferred Skills: -Experience in product management within the autonomous driving field -Experience in developing software products -Experience in cloud management (AWS/GCP) -Experience in NeRF and simulator development -Experience in development using sensor fusion, Lidar, SLAM, camera sensing, etc.
