[Target market size of approximately 2 trillion yen] In Japan, the data management market will be 18 billion yen in 2024, and in North America, the data integration market is expected to exceed 2 trillion yen in 2026. In response to this, we aim to increase the number of companies that use TROCCO® by more than five times the current number in three years in the domestic market and to 2,000 companies in the overseas market in five years, and are developing our business with the aim of becoming the de facto standard on a global scale. ■Recruitment background As the need for data utilization rapidly increases, the number of companies that use TROCCO® is increasing. Our customers come from a wide range of industries and business types, and we are currently receiving more inquiries about comprehensive support from companies that contact us. To meet these needs, primeNumber provides services that enable customers to build a fast and secure data infrastructure and operate it for the long term through TROCCO® and COMETA®. On the other hand, there are still few data workers in the Japanese market, and there are certain hurdles to overcome before creating business value from data. By incorporating AI into TROCCO® and COMETA®, we hope to make the service accessible to more users and provide new experiences to users. We have previously launched R&D projects within the company, exploring how to utilize LLM in products, creating prototypes, and conducting PoC to implement them in products. However, as the evolution and possibilities of generative AI expand, multiple themes and ideas are being born within the company, so we have decided to hire our first full-time LLM engineer in order to work more quickly. ■Job Description We are looking for someone who can communicate with internal members to catch up on the seeds of plans and work with project managers to handle everything from planning to development. We aim to make planning and prototyping a regular activity, and ultimately become an organization that can release 4 to 5 functions and services per year.
