三菱商事の扱う幅広い産業のデータに興味ある数理最適化エンジニア募集中！ MC Digitalは2019年9月に三菱商事からの出資のもと設立されたテクノロジーカンパニーです。三菱商事の新規事業企画、新規サービスプロダクト開発を行います。 2019年12月より本格始動し、以下のような案件に取り組んできました。 ・需要予測 　‐食品流通における需要予測モデル構築 　‐自動車産業における部品需要予測モデル構築 　‐再生可能エネルギー産業における発電量予測 　‐金融産業におけるコモディティ価格予測 ・数理最適化 　‐食品流通における在庫・欠品を最小化する数理最適化モデル構築 　‐自動車産業における倉庫在庫の数理最適化モデル構築 　‐鉄鋼産業における鉄板の切り出しオペレーション最適化や部材の配送最適化 　‐配送産業における配送効率化のための組合せ最適化モデル構築 　‐鉱山産業におけるコスト当たり生産量向上のためのトラック配置最適化 ・パーソナライゼーション 　‐電力産業におけるサブスクリプションビジネスのチャーン予測 　‐自動車産業における顧客分析やマーケティング支援 　‐銀行・金融産業におけるデフォルト予測 三菱商事の扱う幅広い産業(産業プラント、物流、エネルギー、リテイル、食品、ヘルスケア、都市開発、モビリティ、電力、化学品、金属資源、etc)を扱う為、グローバルな幅広い分野に関わることができます。また、開発のみでなく、三菱商事の新規事業担当者と新規事業を企画するところからプロジェクトに入り、主体となってビジネスを創り上げることができます。 数理最適化エンジニアは、各種産業の現場が抱える課題を配送経路最適化やジョブスケジュールの最適化などの最適化問題として表現し、課題を効果的に解決するアルゴリズムを構築・実装します。 業務では主に最適化問題の定式化やアルゴリズムの検討・実装を行うほか、データサイエンティスト・ソフトウェアエンジニアとしてのスキルを積みながら仕事をすることもできます。 【業務内容】 ・顧客の業務課題を現実的に実装できる最適化問題としてモデル化する方法・方針の提案 ・ヒューリスティックな手法や数理計画ソルバーを活用した最適化アルゴリズムの考案 ・C++ や Python による最適化アルゴリズムの実装 ・顧客の実データを使用した最適化アルゴリズムの適用可能性評価・改善 ・データや実装したプログラムの動作結果を可視化するツールの開発 ・開発したソリューションを運用するための WebAPI およびデータ基盤の設計・開発 【利用するフレームワーク・ツール等】 ・機械学習 : PyTorch, LightGBM, Optuna 等 ・強化学習 : Stable Baselines ・機械学習効率化 : Luigi, Kubeflow Pipelines ・数理最適化 : OR-Tools, Gurobi 等 ・Google Cloud各種基盤: Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Vertex AI 等 ・コラボレーションツール: Slack, GitHub, Confluence 等 【社員について】 社員は70人程度ですが、プログラミングコンテスト・Kaggleのトップランカーや、国際科学オリンピックのメダリスト、博士号所持者など少数精鋭の多彩なメンバーが揃っています。優秀なデータサイエンスチームのメンバーと最適なソリューションを議論していける環境が揃っています。

三菱商事の扱う幅広い産業のDXに興味あるプロジェクトマネージャー募集中！ MC Digitalは2019年9月に三菱商事と共にデジタルを活用したビジネスモデル変革、新規事業開発、新規サービス・プロダクト開発を目的として、三菱商事からの出資のもと設立されたテクノロジーカンパニーです。 弊社ではグローバルな産業領域において予測と最適化を組み合わせたシステムの検証・開発を行なっています。エンタープライズの領域でもAIを活用できる領域はたくさんあると考え、その領域において三菱商事のグループ会社を中心に価値を提供し、将来的にはMCグループ以外の会社にも使ってもらえるようなSaaSの開発を進めています。 プロジェクトマネージャーとして、各プロジェクトをリードしていただける方を募集しています。 【業務内容】 現在、全産業を俯瞰できる事業ポートフォリオを持つ親会社とともに、業界全体のDXを推進すべく、日本を代表する主要企業のAI活用に取り組んでいます。様々なお客様とコミュニケーションし、AIビジネスの創出や、AIプロジェクトのマネジメントを遂行して頂きます。 課題設定や技術検討を実施し、データ準備、PoC、検証〜評価～実運用まで、お客様の本質的な課題解決に向けて、AIプロジェクトを完遂するマネージメントをしていただきます。 ＜プロジェクト例＞ ・大手自動車会社海外販売会社：end-to-endの顧客接点における課題定義・アイデ創　出、施策案検討支援 ・大手運送会社：全社課題定義からの施策立案・実行支援 ・そのほか食品、電力、金融など各産業のデータ活用・DXプロジェクト支援、人材育成領域のDX支援など
