As an Account Manager, Global, you will build and grow strategic partnerships with hotels across assigned international markets.
You will drive hotel acquisition, manage commercial partnerships, and help expand KabuK Style's global accommodation network.
<Key Responsibilities>
- Identify, engage, and onboard new hotel partners in assigned markets.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership terms, and manage hotel contracting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, serving as their primary business contact.
- Develop account strategies to grow partner performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to support business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing account success.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and presentations to support partnership development and decision-making.
- Represent KabuK Style at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings when appropriate.

- Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in South Korea and eligible to work in Korea.
- Native or fluent Korean proficiency and business-level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to build long-term partnerships.
- Passion for the travel and hospitality industry.

- Experience working with hotels, OTAs, travel technology, or other hospitality-related businesses.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements or managing business partnerships.
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese.
