We are looking for a member to join the HafH Concierge, a team that helps HafH users resolve their travel-related issues via chat!
The Concierge team is responsible not only for enhancing the travel experience for our members but also for serving as the "face of HafH", responding to inquiries and consultations from our valued partner facilities.
Beyond resolving user issues, this role involves analyzing the root causes of problems and contributing to product improvements accordingly. Additionally, you will support CS members to develop, and help maintain a safe platform environment for all users.

This role is responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with hotel partners across Japan, ensuring competitive hotel conditions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
