<The Role>
We are looking for a Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager to join our Platform team and work on some of the most critical parts of our system: API integrations, payment flows, and billing/invoicing services.
This is a hybrid role combining data analysis and product ownership. You will not only analyze data and surface insights, but also help define product behavior, shape requirements, and drive improvements across the platform.
You will start as an individual contributor, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance. Over time, you will take on increasing ownership of specific product areas and play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves.
We care more about your ability to work with complex systems and data than specific titles or years of experience.

<What You’ll Work On>
- API Integrations & Platform Data
- Analyze performance across supplier APIs (availability, pricing, content)
- Identify inconsistencies across sources and help define normalization logic
- Work with engineering to improve reliability, latency, and error handling
- Support development of a unified data model across integrations
- Payments & Billing Systems
- Help define and optimize:
- Payment flows (success/failure handling, retries, edge cases)
- Billing cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly invoicing)
- Credit lines, limits, and risk controls
- Analyze:
- Payment success rates and failure patterns
- Invoice accuracy and discrepancies vs supplier data
- Refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation gaps
- Partner with Finance to ensure product logic aligns with accounting requirements
- Product Ownership (Core to This Role)
- Own specific problem areas within:
- API integrations
- Payments
- Billing and invoicing
- Translate business and financial requirements into product requirements
- Define metrics, success criteria, and edge cases
- Work with engineering on system behavior, data flows, and implementation tradeoffs
- Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization
- Analytics & Decision Support
- Define and track KPIs across platform services
- Build dashboards and monitoring for system and business performance
- Move from data → insight → decision → product improvement
- Support experiments (A/B testing, pricing, flow optimization)
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Engineers
- Finance and Accounting
- Business and Operations teams
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

We are looking for a QA Lead to help us build a world-class quality engineering function from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, defining standards, and shaping how quality is embedded into the development process of a rapidly growing platform.

<The Role>
As the QA Lead, you will play a foundational role in shaping how quality is built into the platform from day one.
This role is designed to evolve over time:
- Initial Phase (0 → 6–12 months):
You will operate as a hands-on individual contributor and quality strategist, defining testing standards, establishing frameworks, and working closely with engineering teams to embed quality into the development lifecycle.
- Growth Phase (12+ months):
As the platform and team scale, you will build and lead a QA function, hiring and mentoring a small team (2–3 QA Engineers) and transitioning from direct execution to oversight, guidance, and quality governance.
In the early stage, the scope will be intentionally broad, covering multiple areas of quality engineering. Over time, responsibilities will be distributed across the QA team, with you focusing on strategy, architecture, and leadership.
You are not expected to be a deep specialist in every domain (e.g., automation, performance, security), but you should have strong working experience across these areas and be comfortable setting direction, making trade-offs, and guiding others.
You will report directly to the Head of Platform and work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

- Build the QA Function
- Design and implement the overall QA strategy for the platform
- Establish testing standards, processes, and documentation
- Introduce quality practices across the engineering lifecycle
- Test Automation & Tooling
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks
- Define testing strategies for:
- API testing
- integration testing
- regression testing
- UI testing
- Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and frameworks
- CI/CD and Quality Gates
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Define release quality gates and automated checks
- Improve deployment reliability and release confidence
- Platform Reliability
Work closely with engineering to validate:
- distributed systems
- microservices architecture
- external API integrations
- pricing and booking systems
- high-volume data pipelines
- Performance & Security Testing
Lead testing initiatives for:
- load and stress testing
- performance optimization
- resilience testing
- security and vulnerability validation
- Leadership & Hiring
- Help recruit and mentor QA engineers as the team grows
- Build a QA team of 2–3 engineers over the next 24 months
- Provide technical guidance and establish best practices
- Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
