・Business-level fluency in Japanese with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members. (Business-level fluency in English as well is desirable).
・Manage a team of software developers and engineers, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
・Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and development timelines.
・Develop and maintain project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
・Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
・Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the engineering team.
・Participate in technical design and implementation discussions.
・Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
・Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
・Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development.
