【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts to help achieve the company’s revenue targets.
■ Identify and prospect potential customers via various channels, including inbound marketing leads, cold calls, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
■Conduct thorough research to understand prospects’ needs, pain points, and business challenges.
■Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
■Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
■Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
■Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
■Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
必須スキル
【Requirement】
■Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a similar role within the software industry.
■Proven ability to prospect and generate leads, with a successful track record of identifying and qualifying opportunities.
■Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
■Confidence in making cold calls and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
■Self-motivated, target-driven, with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
■Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
■Language: Native Thai speaker with business-level English proficiency.
■Willingness to thrive in a startup or fast-growing environment.
