トラックを用いたレベル4自動運転システムの開発を担います。自動運転は周囲の環境を高精度に認識し安全かつ快適な走行経路に車両を導くというタスクです。様々な技術的チャレンジがあり、機械学習、数理最適化、シミュレーション、組み込みシステムなど幅広い分野で人材を募集しています。自動運転技術の一部、又は複数領域に携わっていただきます。 - 地図作成、自己位置推定機能の開発 - 3次元物体認識機能の開発 - 動作計画機能の開発 - 走行テストシナリオの設計 - 大型トラック制御機能の開発 - シミュレータを利用した性能検証 - センサードライバ開発 - 実車両を使用した評価 Job Contents This job is responsible for the development of a Lv.4 autonomous driving system. The task of this module is to recognize the surrounding environment with high accuracy and guide the truck along a safe and stable driving path. There are various technical challenges, and we are looking for professionals in a wide range of fields including machine learning, mathematical optimization, simulation, and embedded systems. You will be involved in some or all aspects of autonomous driving technology. - Development of mapping and self-positioning estimation functions - Development of 3D object recognition function - Development of motion planning function - Design of driving test scenarios - Development of heavy-duty truck control functions - Performance verification using simulators - Development of sensor drivers - Evaluation using actual vehicles

必須スキル

- 日本語もしくは英語でコミュニケーションが可能な方 - ソフトウェアの設計・テスト・実装の実務経験3年以上 - モダン C++, Python いずれかまたは両方の習熟 - データ構造・アルゴリズム・並列プログラミング・計算量に関する理解 - ソフトウェアの不具合に対する問題の切り分け・解決能力 - git もしくは類するバージョン管理システムを用いた開発経験 - 自発的にさまざまな課題に取り組めること - 以下のいずれかの専門知識　・数理最適化、特に非線形計画問題　・物体認識　・動作計画　・制御工学　・自己位置推定　・組込みシステム MUST - Ability to communicate in Japanese or English. - At least 3 years of experience in software design, testing, and implementation - Proficiency in modern C++, Python, or both - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, parallel programming, and computational complexity - Ability to isolate and resolve software defects - Experience with git or similar version control systems - Ability to work independently on a variety of tasks - Expertise in any of the following 　・Mathematical optimization, especially nonlinear programming problems 　・Object recognition 　・Motion planning 　・Control engineering 　・Self-positioning 　・Embedded systems

- コンピュータサイエンス、ロボティクス関連分野における修士または博士号 - 自動運転システムの開発経験 - 自動運転関連分野での研究実績 - 高い安全性・信頼性が求められる製品の開発 - ステアリング制御・LKA システムの開発 - 車両パラメータ推定 - 車両の全体システム設計 - エンジニアリングマネージャーまたは相当のポジションでの2年以上の経験 Better to Have - Master's or PhD in computer science or robotics related field - Experience in the development of autonomous driving systems - Research experience in an autonomous driving related field - Development of products requiring high safety and reliability - Development of steering control and LKA systems - Vehicle parameter estimation - Overall vehicle system design - 2+ years of experience in an engineering manager or equivalent position
