TUNAG is an internal social networking service that helps organizations build a culture of mutual trust. We define “Engagement” as the establishment of reciprocal trust relationships — and through enhancing engagement, we aim to create stronger organizations, boost teamwork, and ultimately increase business competitiveness. Since its launch, TUNAG has continued to grow steadily and is now used by over 1,000 companies across diverse industries, ranging from 10-person startups to enterprises with over 10,000 employees. With this business growth, our product is also scaling rapidly — we’re continuously improving existing features, developing new ones, and taking on large-scale refactoring, scalability improvements, and performance tuning initiatives. Looking ahead, we’re committed to delivering not just usability but delightful and inspiring experiences that bring joy to our users. To achieve this, we plan to invest more heavily in mobile and front-end development. As we expand, we aim to build an international engineering team that accelerates our growth and positions us as one of Japan’s leading global tech companies. ◾️Main Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for building and leading our first international engineering team from the ground up. This position plays a pivotal role in establishing and scaling a multicultural engineering organization within a fast-growing SaaS company. Your key responsibilities include: ・Build the company’s first international engineering team (from 0 → 1) ・Manage and scale a multicultural team (1on1s, performance reviews, career development, etc.) ・Lead the hiring and evaluation of engineers from diverse backgrounds and shape the international hiring strategy ・Establish onboarding and support systems for international engineers joining the company ・Foster global awareness among Japanese engineers through education and cultural exchange ・Promote and embed an inclusive, globally minded engineering culture across the company ・Solve both technical and organizational challenges as the team scales ・Contribute to long-term organizational productivity and growth (3–5 years horizon) ◾️Team Structure The product organization currently consists of around 30 members, managed by the CTO, CPO, and two Engineering Managers. This role will be the first Engineering Manager dedicated to leading the international engineering team. ◾️Language Skills Required ・Japanese:Not required ・Engilish:Business-levell ・Japan-based candidates only (must currently reside in Japan and be legally eligible to work in Japan)

◾️Must-Have Qualifications ・3–5 years of experience as a software engineer ・Proven management experience in an international or multicultural engineering team (10+ members) ・Experience hiring, evaluating, and growing international engineers ・Business-level English communication skills (written and spoken)

◾️Nice-to-Have Skills: ・Experience onboarding and supporting engineers from diverse backgrounds ・Experience developing SaaS products or working with our tech stack ・Management experience in a rapidly scaling product organization ・Proven track record of identifying and solving challenges in multicultural teams (onboarding, information flow, evaluation design, etc.)

想定年収 900-1500万円 月給制 月給 600,000円 ~ ¥1,000,000円 ※720万円の場合(月45時間時間外手当を含む) 月給 600,000円~ 基本給 446,200円~ 固定残業代 153,800円~を含む/月 ※1200万円の場合(月45時間時間外手当を含む) 月給 1,000,000円~ 基本給 743,800円~ 固定残業代 256,200円~を含む/月 オファー条件については、経験・能力・前職給与を考慮して決定 年2回の昇格・昇給機会あり
