As we enter a more mature phase of development, we face increasingly complex architectural and user needs. We're looking for engineers who can lead core product development — from architectural design and technology selection to driving execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll also help evolve the development organization itself by addressing challenges such as technical debt management, tacit knowledge codification, and continuous productivity improvement. Additionally, we’re expanding the product for ・generative AI use cases・, ・enterprise-scale features・, and ・global markets・ — meaning your work will shape the future of TROCCO on multiple levels. ◼︎Responsibilities You will lead product development that directly contributes to business growth, including not just implementation, but also architecture design, tech decisions, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have a key role in evolving our SaaS platforms — TROCCO and COMETA — for long-term scalability and AI-era readiness.
