Let's move forward together to tackle this enormous challenge! 【Our products】 We have released several products in the research field, including our main product, "LabBase Shushoku(LabBase 就職)" - a service for newly graduated science students, "LabBase Tenshoku(LabBase 転職)" - a mid-career recruitment service, and "LabBase Kenkyushitsu Search(LabBase 研究室サーチ)" - a laboratory search service connecting researchers with laboratories. Our services are also utilized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), which highlights the exciting potential and solid management foundation of our offerings. 【Required Qualifications】 - Experience in web service development (at the level of having designed an entire system on one's own) - Technical flexibility not bound to a specific language or methodology - Ability to proactively carry out ownership - Great Japanese skills to communicate with Japanese teams(approximately N2 or above)

【Desired Qualifications】 - Development experience using Rust, C/C++, GO, TypeScript, React - Knowledge of infrastructure and experience in building such infrastructure (can build scraping/crawling systems on your own) - Knowledge and experience with distributed processing (e.g. Apache Kafka) - Knowledge and experience with headless browsers - Knowledge and experience with blocking measures - Experience in leading multiple engineers to drive a project
