◼︎Job Overview We are looking for a QA Engineer Manager Candidate who will take ownership of the entire QA process for one of our key products, Micomii (https://micomii.com/). This is a manual testing–focused role, covering everything from test planning and execution to quality improvement initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile team, proactively identifying quality issues and ensuring smooth delivery from the planning phase through release. ◼︎Key Responsibilities Plan and design test strategies Create and review test specifications Manage and execute manual testing when needed Collaborate on planning and requirement reviews Lead QA projects and promote test automation initiatives Analyze bugs and suggest preventive actions Improve QA workflows, team structure, and cost efficiency Coordinate QA activities across multiple departments ◼︎What Makes This Role Exciting Contribute to multiple products and play a key role in product development Join from the early stages of product growth and influence its evolution Work in a QA team that values proactive ownership High autonomy and strong collaboration with product teams ◼︎Team Structure You’ll join the QA Team in our Innovation & Engineering Division, which includes 14 QA engineers covering multiple products such as Mico Engage AI. - Business-level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) - 5+ years of QA engineering experience - 1+ years leading QA/test teams or managing tasks - Solid understanding of web and open-source technologies - QA experience in software product or IT companies - Hands-on experience with manual test planning and execution

▪️Work Hours - Standard Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break; overtime applicable). Flexible Time: Core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. - Certain grades may fall under a discretionary labor system, per company regulations. ■Holidays and Leave - Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), national holidays - Year-end and New Year holidays - Summer vacation - Bereavement leave - Paid leave (10 days granted upon joining, with additional days based on tenure) - Other company-designated holidays
