We are seeking Nursery Teachers for our International School, which follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. 【Key Responsibilities】 Educate and care for children aged 2–5, including associated administrative tasks. Develop and research best practices for IB-inspired education. Liaise with parents and plan/manage school events. 【Selection Process】 ※ The selection process is primarily conducted online. ※ The process may vary slightly depending on the position or individual circumstances. ※ A reference check will be conducted independently by our company as part of the final selection. Details will be provided when you are invited to the final interview. Document Screening First Interview Final Interview An in-person interview at our office is also available if preferred. Reference Check We kindly ask you to recommend someone who has worked with you directly. 【Preferred Qualifications】 Licensed Nursery Teacher (or currently pursuing licensure). Japanese communication skills (conversational level).
