KabuK Style is a travel fintech company that provides the travel wallet service "HafH" with the mission of "Creating infrastructure for a society that embraces diverse values as they are." As the first step toward building this world-changing infrastructure, we launched HafH in April 2019. Currently, we have partnered with over 10,000 accommodation facilities across 130 countries and regions, with more than 120,000 members using our service. We continue to expand as a platform that supports diverse lifestyles while revolutionizing the travel and hospitality industry, making travel easier, more convenient, and more affordable. <Mission> Drive the growth of HafH.com service to deliver sustainable value for both travelers and accommodation partners. <Role Overview> As a Product Manager at HafH, you will drive the development of our reservation and business management system used by consumers and our accommodation partners. You’ll shape the direction of tools that impact tens of thousands of travelers and accommodation partners, balancing both operational efficiency and user satisfaction. <Responsibilities> - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the accommodation-side platform (reservation management, availability/price sync, booking insights, etc.) - Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and global market needs - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to define priorities and deliver value - Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and work with engineering to ensure timely delivery - Iterate based on feedbacks from consumer's voice, partner onboarding, support, and usage data - Continuously monitor and analyze product performance through both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics

<Basic qualifications> - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2C web services - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business units - Experience working with B2B clients and incorporating customer feedback into product development - Strong data literacy: able to define, track, and act upon success metrics Business-level - English communication (spoken & written) - Alignment with KabuK Style's mission, vision, and values - Experience with agile development processes <Remote Work Requirements> - Comfortable working in a full-remote, async-first team culture - Self-disciplined and transparent in your working hours and outputs - Proficient in using modern remote collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom, etc.) - Reliable internet connection in you workingspace (>10Mbps)

<Preferred Qualifications> - Domain experience in the hospitality or travel tech industry - Experience building platforms in different domains and different business sizes - Proven track record of scaling a product from scratch/MVP to mature with clear KPI growth - Familiarity with global market requirements (especially APAC region) - SQL and spreadsheet proficiency for data analysis and validation - Strong ability in preparing strategic proposals and internal documentation (e.g. business cases, go-to-market plans) - Experience with user interviews
