JOB DESCRIPTION

We have developed and proposed a cloud service (SaaS) that automates work in the fields of accounting and finance by utilizing AI (deep learning) and combining it with deep learning technology centered on AI-OCR. This service is attracting a great deal of attention as a service that realizes accounting DX and realizes the way of accounting in the digital and AI age, and opportunities for introduction and business negotiations are increasing dramatically, mainly among enterprise companies. In September 2023, we listed on the TSE Growth Market and are aiming to further expand our business. We are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team to realize continuous improvement of service functions and quality of each product. ◆ Job Description As a backend engineer (full stack engineers welcome), you will develop AI services specialized in the accounting field developed in-house. The main in-house developed products are “Robota”, “Remota”, and “Billing (Peppol) platform service”, and there are three major development projects related to them. 1) Web application service to support DXing of accounting tasks by AI 2) AI engine API service to support accounting automation 3) Standard (Peppol) platform service to send and receive electronic invoices from various systems This position will be involved in all projects and develop common infrastructure areas using AI. FA is developing in scrum teams, collaborating with in-house research teams (research scientists (CV, NLP)) and related engineers to carry out projects. ◆Main areas of application  - Development of AI programs and implementation of AI models for “Robota,” “Remota,” and “Peppol compatible products   Research related items :   image recognition, natural language processing, document analysis, LLM, research papers, reproduction implementation, deep learning, data analysis   Development related items :   API development, AI model implementation, prototyping In order to continuously improve system development to enhance experience, quality, and development efficiency, and to improve the development capabilities of the entire team, we never fail to provide technical input and encourage participation in and sponsorship of study groups. ◆Attractiveness of this position ・We have a strong market share in the accounting DX and AIxOCR areas, and are involved in AI development for cutting-edge products. ・We have an in-house research and development department, where we collaborate with excellent research scientists and engineers to build original AI models and develop cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and self-developed LLM. ・We develop products that are actually used in business. We can utilize abundant data from the business field for development. ESSENTIAL CRIETERIA

・Experience in implementing models using Python in the development of business applications ・Research experience related to CV or NLP ・Bachelor's degree (CS field) or higher ・Ability to research the latest papers and conduct implementation experiments on your own. ・Japanese language skill:Business-level preferred(required for interview communication)  Flexibility may be considered based on exceptional qualifications.

BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS

給与

Annual salary: 7 million yen to 12 million yen *The above is a general guideline. We will determine the amount in consideration of your experience, skills, and current salary. *Includes 45 hours/month of deemed overtime. (Fixed overtime: 146,321 yen/month *for 7 million yen/year). Overtime in excess of the above will be paid.

◆Working Hours and Work Style ・Working hours: 9:30-18:30, in-office work ◆Holidays and leave ・Weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays), Japanese national holidays ・Summer vacation (3 days; the number of days may vary each year depending on company policy) ・Year-end/New Year holidays (generally December 29 – January 3; the number of days may vary each year depending on company policy) ・Paid leave, caregiver leave (paid leave separate from annual paid leave), nursing leave (paid leave separate from annual paid leave), condolence leave, menstrual leave, special prenatal leave, etc. *Nursing leave can be used not only when caring for a child under 12 due to illness, but also for school-related events such as entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, and other school functions. ◆Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited indoors
