Job Description:

You will manage development Vietnam engineers to maximize the output of the entire development team.

Management of development engineers
Coordinate task assignment with Japanese PM
Training of development engineers
Management of development teams developing CAD software or developing web applications

Other tasks form PM.

Qualifications

Must:

• Have basic software development knowledge
• Japanese language skills (Able to discuss technology and business with Japanese management team and read comprehension to understand Japanese materials and documents are required. JLPT N2 or higher.)
• Experienced in managing a development team
• Management skills and a sense of responsibility
• Graduated from College/University

Nice to have

• Can do code review
• Have advanced mathematics knowledge such as optimization
• Have read books on coding skills such as ”The Art of Readable Code: Simple and Practical Techniques for Writing Better Code” and ”Clean Code”
