Job Description:

• Design, build, and operate the IT environment used by employees
• Verification and introduction of various IT equipment and SaaS
• Establishment of rules and manuals for using internal systems and IT equipment
• IT asset management (PCs, smart devices, software, account management , etc .)
• Monitoring of internal networks and terminals
• Internal system-related interactions with SaaS vendors and distributors
• Internal help desk
• Support for employees in improving work efficiency using IT
• Evaluation and proposals for the internal application of new technologies
• Other tasks from Japanese side.

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

• Experience in verifying the introduction of various IT services and IT equipment
• Experience in devices using asset management tools
• Experience in operating IDaaS
• Basic operation and knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Manual creation managing
• Japanese skills level (N3 or above)
• Graduated from College/University

Nice to have

• Experience in designing, building, and operating internal networks
• Experience in designing, building, and operating firewalls
• Experience in internal information systems
• English reading ability
