Learn more about us: [Arches on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/arches-expert-network-service/) ### ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a creative, people-centric, and data-driven _Senior Human Resources Business Partner_ to lead our initiatives in developing a world-class employee experience. At Arches, our people are our greatest asset. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that foster a high-performance culture and improve employee retention. * The Team: Over 250 employees from more than 16 nationalities and backgrounds. ### RESPONSIBILITIES _1\. HR Engagement Strategy & Execution (60%)_ * Design engagement strategies aligned with business goals to _boost_ _productivity and performance._ Lead the annual engagement roadmap, including team-building, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs, and _new initiatives_ that help to achieve Arches' business goals above. * Partner with leadership to embed engagement into every touchpoint, including a premium onboarding experience and performance recognition. * Coach and guide junior HR members and interns to ensure high-quality execution and professional growth. _2\. Internal Communication & Culture Development (20%):_ * Develop an internal communication strategy that promotes transparency and keeps the regional team aligned. * Produce high-impact internal announcements and internal digital content that reinforce Arches' values ​​​​and align with the engagement roadmap. * Partner with Marketing to ensure the internal "Arches voice" is consistent, inclusive, and engaging. _3\. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement (15%):_ * Own the end-to-end process of employee pulse surveys (eg, eNPS), analyze results, and partner with leadership to implement actionable improvement plans. * Turn data into action by proposing new initiatives that specifically target retention and workplace satisfaction. * Coordinate the full cycle of expat accommodation, including sourcing properties, lease negotiation, setup, and ongoing maintenance. _4\.
