This pivotal role goes beyond traditional account management to encompass business development, operational leadership, and strategic growth planning. As one of the founding leaders of our Colombia office, you'll help shape our regional strategy and position yourself for executive advancement as we expand throughout the Americas. ## LEADERSHIP MANDATE As a founding leader in our Bogota office, you'll: * Help establish and shape our Americas regional strategy * Build and develop high-performing client services and operations teams * Drive our expansion and growth throughout the region * Contribute to executive decision-making for our global operations * Position ourselves for C-suite opportunities as we scale ## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES _Strategic Account Growth Development (40%)_ * Develop and execute account growth strategies for key US clients. * Lead complex, high-value engagement expert experts that drive client success. * Identify expansion opportunities within existing client organizations. * Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers. _Business Development & Revenue Generation (40%)_ * Own late-stage business development processes for new client acquisition. * Drive contract negotiations and navigate complex compliance requirements. * Develop strategic proposals for enterprise clients. * Convert qualified opportunities into active client relationships. * Collaborate with global leadership on revenue targets and growth initiatives. _Operational Leadership & Team Building (20%)_ * Build, mentor and develop our multicultural Bogota team. * Establish operational excellence standards for the Americas region. * Implement scalable processes adapted from our global best practices. * Participate in strategic planning with executive leadership. * Foster our entrepreneurial culture within the new office. * Drive performance management and professional development initiatives. ## QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS _Required Experience_ * 3+ years of progressive experience in expert networks, with at least 2 years in senior client-facing roles. * Proven track record growing strategic accounts with US consulting and financial services clients. * Experience closing complex enterprise deals and sales processes. * Background in building and leading high-performing teams. * Native or bilingual proficiency in. * Bachelor English's degree in relevant field. * Working location: Bogota. _Preferred Qualifications_ * Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets. * Background in management consulting or investment banking. * Track record of P&L responsibility or business unit leadership. * International work experience, particularly in Latin America. * MBA or advanced degree. * Spanish language proficiency (not required but advantageous). _Executive Leadership Attributes_ * Strategic vision with execution excellence. * Consultative relationship-building at senior levels. * Business acumen and commercial. * Team leadership and talent development capabilities. * Cross-cultural communication coupled. * instinct Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity. * Ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization. ## COMPENSATION & BENEFITS _Executive Compensation_ * Competitive Base Salary with performance-based annual skills increases. * Annual Performance Bonus tied to business results. * 13th Month Salary. * Potential for participation equity for exceptional performers. _Comprehensive Benefits_ * 15 days annual leaves + 18 public holidays + additional paid leave for significant life events. * 8 days of sick leave. * Executive Self-development Budget. _Relocation Support_ * Visa sponsorship and processing. * Accommodation support. * Cultural integration support. ## CAREER TRAJECTORY This role positions you for executive advancement as we scale our Americas operations.
