ROLE OVERVIEW

Are you a passionate startup enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As a Client Service - Senior Associate at Arches , you'll bridge clients from Korea and the APAC regions with leading experts, delivering strategic insights that fuel impactful decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Facing

• Deliver excellence in Expert Matching services by understanding client needs within the consulting and investment landscape.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and provide updates.
• Proactively collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-notch expert profiles at speed, ensuring Arches provides exceptional service at every stage.

Recruiting Expert Candidates

• Source and reach out to ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Job Korea, internal databases, and professional networks) to invite them to consult for clients on specific topics.
• Screen and vet experts to assess their expertise and experience before connecting them with our clients.
• Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS

Background

• Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales, recruitment, client service , or related fields with experience in mentoring and leadership.
• Fluency in Korean and English (both verbal and written) – Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.

Working location: Korea Office located in Seoul.
