With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche. ## ROLE OVERVIEW As a _Client Services Associate_ _(Expert Matching Team)_ , you'll play a crucial role in recruiting the right experts to consult on our clients' projects. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify suitable expert candidates and employ creative sourcing strategies. ## RESPONSIBILITIES _Project Understanding and Ideal Expert Profile Identification_ * Gain a thorough understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics. * Identify the best-fit expert profile based on key project requirements, including industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority level, and specific expertise. _Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus)_ * Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, professional networks). * Reach out to experts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients on specific topics. * Screen and vet expert candidates to assess their expertise and experience before connecting them with our clients. * Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations. ## REQUIREMENTS _Background_ * Undergraduate degree * 0-3 years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, client service, or related fields * _Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia_ (both verbal and written) – Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC * Additional language skills are a plus! _Competencies_ * _Adaptability in a fast-paced environment_ * _Goal-oriented and KPI-driven_ – Committed to achieving targets, with a proactive approach to growth and success. * _Results-focused_ – Consistently track, measure, and improve to meet and exceed goals. * _Problem-solving mindset_ – Skilled at identifying and addressing gaps between goals and outcomes. * _Collaborative approach_ – Open to seeking support and working with the team to achieve the best results. _Working Location_ * _During probation:_ Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the first 3 months with _relocation support_ covering visa, flights, and accommodations. * _After probation:_ Hybrid work arrangement between Vietnam and your home country. ## BENEFITS _Compensation & Benefits_ * _Competitive base salary_ with performance reviews every 6 months * _Annual Bonus_ – 1-month gross salary * _Paid Leave_ – 12 days of annual leave, plus additional paid leave for significant life events and 8 days of sick leave * _Private Medical Insurance_ * _Self-learning Budget_ – Up to $1000 per year * _Relocation Support_ (Visa, flights, accommodation) _Career Growth_ * _Rapid Career Advancement_ – Tackle challenging problems for top startups and gain skills for the global stage, with opportunities for swift promotions. * _Build a High-Caliber Network_ – Collaborate with and learn from top industry leaders and decision-makers, expanding valuable connections for career growth. _Engagement_ * Enjoy a vibrant work environment with team activities, quarterly dinners, company trips, social gatherings, and office snacks and drinks.
