As Aldagram continues to grow, we are looking for a talent to lead the Customer Success/Support for our overseas customers. --------------------------------------- 【Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts to help achieve the company’s revenue targets. Identify and prospect potential customers via various channels, including inbound marketing leads, cold calls, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools. - Conduct thorough research to understand prospects’ needs, pain points, and business challenges. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile. - Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system. - Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

必須スキル

【Requirement】 ■Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a similar role within the software industry. ■Proven ability to prospect and generate leads, with a successful track record of identifying and qualifying opportunities. ■Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. ■Confidence in making cold calls and delivering persuasive sales pitches. ■Self-motivated, target-driven, with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset. ■Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus. ■Language: Native Thai speaker with business-level English proficiency. ■Willingness to thrive in a startup or fast-growing environment.
